You should expect three types of fees during the immigration application process:

1- Our Professional fees:  fixed by service and number of hours.

2-Immigration authorities fees: are required by the authorities of Canada and provincial (in according to programme) to process your application and to issue your visa.

3- Other fees: as:  tests of English or French proficiency, Postal fees, Bank fees, translation, Medical Examination, Police Certificates, etc..

Our Professional fees doesn’t include immigration authorities fees and other fees 

Nobody can promise you a specific processing timeframe and any lawyer/consultant that guarantees processing times is being less than truthful with you. We can give estimates; however, we CANNOT guarantee processing times as processing times are ALWAYS subject to change WITHOUT advance notice 

It is impossible to give any guarantee to our clients in a situation where the final decision on a specific immigration matter can be made only by an immigration officer. We always undertake our client's representation only after a consultation during we tell to client how the chances of success are. We never take on unrealistic cases because it is against the clients' interests.
